Refund policy
Because Famrr is a consumable food product, we’re careful about how we handle refunds and returns.
Where we don’t offer refunds
For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- You don’t like the taste
- You change your mind after ordering
- You entered a wrong address / phone number
- The order was not accepted or not collected at delivery
Once the product has left our warehouse and is delivered in good condition, it cannot be returned or refunded.
When we will help
We’re happy to replace or refund your order if:
- The product is spoiled or has a quality issue at the time of delivery
- You received a damaged pack (leakage, torn, tampered, etc.)
- In these cases, refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days or your order will be exchanged and delivered with in 7 days, at our discretion
How to raise an issue
If you face any of the issues above, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos / videos of the product and packaging
- A short note on what went wrong
