Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship across most pincodes in India through our trusted delivery partners. If your address is not serviceable, we'll let you know before you complete your order or shortly after placing it.
Order processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You'll receive an email, SMS or WhatsApp with your order confirmation once the order is placed, and a tracking link once it has been shipped.
Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Metros & Tier 1 cities: 2–5 working days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–8 working days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays, weather, festivals, or strikes.
Shipping charges
Shipping fees, if any, will be shown at checkout before you pay. From time to time, we may offer free shipping above a certain cart value or during special promotions.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this link to check the live status and expected delivery date. If you haven't received a tracking link within 72 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@famrr.com with your order ID.
Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please ensure your address, pin code and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or insufficient address, repeated attempts not answered, or the package being refused at delivery, the order may be returned to us by the courier. In such cases, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend your order.
Damaged, leaked or tampered shipments
We do not accept returns or refunds for opened or used food products unless the order is damaged, leaking, or appears tampered with at the time of delivery. If this happens, please refuse the delivery if possible, or take clear photos and videos of the outer box, inner packaging and shipping label. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@famrr.com with your order ID and media. We'll review the case and if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Delays or lost shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, reach out to us at support@famrr.com with your order ID. We'll coordinate with the courier partner and update you on the next steps.
